3 P.M. in the Ramble, one tiny unleashed white dog, not doing much of anything. Signs at the entrance to the Ramble say "Dogs in this area must be leashed at all time".

3:15 P.M. in a fenced-off area north of the zoo, one yappy unleashed terrier.
