8:00 A.M.: Unleashed dalmatian and large brown dog accompanied by white woman left peninsula dog run and headed past Maryland Monument into the woods. It seems to us that this is the same troika we used to see in the peninsula woods a couple of years ago when it wasn't allowed. Once we called PEP (you could do that then) and they came, presumably delivering a stern warning. As we said, there is a hard core group who believe in leashing their dogs in the park only in the presence of law enforcement, if then; this woman seems to be among them.
