Despite Prospect Park's administrator Tupper Thomas assurance that she would "check it out personally", the abuses continue. Apparently she had a much higher priority after work. The following video was shot this evening, but obviously well before 9 P.M. At the time there were 21 unleashed dogs on the field. Notice the group of school boys skirting along the edge of the field. Apparently, some were afraid of all the unleashed dogs and were being teased by one of their friends.
