Benepe to Speak to FIDO Tomorrow Morning

We have been told that Commissioner Adrian Benepe will be speaking at FIDO's weekly "Coffee Bark" at 7 A.M. tomorrow on Prospect Park's Long Meadow. We wonder what goodies he has brought with him. Changing the leash law to allow 5 P.M. dog hours on the Nethermead? Making all of Prospect Park a "designated area"? Assuring FIDO that they won't be ticketed no matter what they do? It would be helpful if one of our readers would attend, find out what the good Commissioner says, and send it to us as a comment, but we mean to find out one way or another.
