Fort Tilden

From our south Brooklyn correspondent: at Fort Tilden today from 9-12 A.M., I saw three dogs. One was on a leash. One other was unleashed on the beach, followed by a white female. The third was unleashed on one of the side paths in the woods, followed by a white couple.
