At about 4:30 P.M. today we observed 9 unleashed dogs, of various sizes but primarily pretty big, on the Nethermead and another one heading up the path from Wellhouse Drive. All of the owners were white. A bunch of black soccer players were gathered in another corner of the Nethermead, but it seems they had just finished their game. The advertised--or feared--enforcement of the leash law? Evidently, it's not happening.
