More on Carroll Park

So Katia on "Pardon Me for Asking--News from Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn and Beyond" thinks that more signs will "discourage rogue dog owners". Ha!

Tuesday morning, Prospect Park, about 8:15-8:40 around Wellhouse Drive and Breeze Hill, 5 loose dogs (one with black owner), including jogger who held the leash until they reached the path from Wellhouse Drive to the Nethermead and then let go.

Yesterday morning in Central Park, shortly after dog hours ended at 9, in a walk up the east drive from 59th Street we saw 5 dogs still unleashed. One of the owners was black. Around 9:40, we saw one unleashed dog in the Ramble, and around 10:40 we saw another cavorting on and digging holes in a lawn just north of 66th Street on the east side of the park.
