Nethermead & Plum Beach
A group of birdwatchers, on the Nethermead yesterday from 6-7 P.M. or so, reported a flock of 26 unleashed dogs. 24 of the owners were white. Meanwhile, a group of black soccer players sat on the side, evidently unable to play because of the dogs. So, Tupper, "just a few" dogs?
