Small Dogs

In a walk around Flushing Meadow Lake yesterday just before noon, we encountered more than half a dozen small dogs, all but one unleashed. They did not stray far from their masters while we were watching, but small loose dogs can cause big problems. One escaped from a carrier on a U.S. Airways flight, bit a flight attendant and a passenger, and caused an unscheduled landing.
