Yesterday at Ft. Tilden, around 9 A.M., three unleashed dogs, including these two. True, they weren't at all threatening. But why can't self-absorbed dog owners realize that the leash laws exist in part because people--and animals--should be able to go about their business without the unwanted attention, and interference, of out-of-control canines?
