More on Prospect Park Mauling

According to this report on ABC news, the dogs were unleashed when they attacked. The owner got them leashed only afterwards.

So should the lords of Prospect Park, who refuse to enforce the leash law, at least be advising non-dog owners that they might want to consider carrying dog repellent?

It is sad that things have come to this, but we predicted it. We hope the victim sues everyone in sight and refuses to settle.
