Follow-Up to Dog Beach

This afternoon's loose dog report comes to you from Prospect Park where at 4:05 P.M. there were two loose dogs at the dog beach and at 4:20 P.M. there was one loose dog at Binnen Falls. All owners were white. No cops or PEP agents were in sight but, based on prior posts, their presence would likely have made no difference.
