Loose Dogs--The Movie!

This morning between about 7:20 and 8:10 we observed about 14 dogs of all sizes on the roads and paths in one small area of Prospect Park. All but two dogs were unleashed. Some guy was playing catch with a couple of small terriers on the grass near the Park Circle entrance; a large number of dogs (including repeat offenders) were just outside the Peninsula and on the way from Wellhouse Rd to the Nethermead (see video); another was along the Lullwater, etc. All of the owners were white.
