This afternoon's Prospect Park unleashed dogs:
5:15PM: 11, Nethermead Meadow
5:20PM: 1, Ravine
5:30PM: 5, Long Meadow
All dog owners were white.
In Central Park, at around the same time:
1, west side Great Lawn
1, just north of Turtle Pond
Both owners were white
