Chutzpah

This could be the title of many of our posts.

Around 2:00 P.M. we saw this dog in Central Park, just north of the Delacorte clock. The dog has just finished up covering up its urine. There were lots of people around, but unfortunately no policemen. The owner (not the woman seated on the park bench) proceeded to stand by as the dog approached several leashed dogs and their owners nervously held their leashes tight.



About half an our later we saw another unleashed dog on the west side of the lake.
