A woman walked up to the Dog Beach today as I was watching a hawk perched at the north side of the Upper Pool. She immediately unleashed her dog. I asked her if she was aware that dogs were only permitted to be unleashed after 9pm. She responded "Yes" with a "so what" kind of attitude. I took out my camera and she sarcastically responded, "What are you going to do, report me to the authorities?"
This guy was running his dog on the Peninsula meadow at 2:15pm, but left when he saw me with my camera:
