Snowshoeing in Prospect Park

About 2 feet of snow. A friend and I went around the lake. between 1 and 2 P.M. we saw 8 dogs, 1 of them leashed. Four, two each for two sets of owners, were together around the Wellhouse. One dog ran up to my friend, then directly in front of him, almost causing him to fall.
