Who Needs Off-Leash Hours....

...when you can let your dog loose any time you want? Yesterday afternoon about 1:30, just around we saw two unleashed dogs. One owner let his dog loose near the Wellhouse, and the two proceeded to the Maryland Monument to play. As you can see, there were small children around and (not that it matters legally) the dog was under no discernible control of the owner.





The other was wandering around unleashed at the duck-feeding beach on the west side of the lake. Of course there were many small children around and, as you can see, the owner was not even in the picture.
