Between about 6 and 7 P.M. today we saw 8 dogs on Plumb Beach east of the rest area. Seven were unleashed and none of them belonged there. They weren't actively bothering the sanderlings and other feeding birds, but the birds still flew off when the dogs were anywhere nearby. Here is just one of the dogs (and its owner).
