Sunday around 9:30 A.M. there were at least two dogs running loose on the Ft. Tilden beach, which as we've pointed out repeatedly is part of Gateway National Park and so dogs shouldn't even be there at all this time of year. Here is one and its inconsiderate, scofflaw owner:
