Vandalized Prospect Dog Sign

A year or two ago, the DPR put up a sign near the Maryland Monument stairs indicating that a fenced area, landscaped, was off-limits to dogs.  Here is how it looked recently before, and after, a DPR employee had removed the paint from it.
