Dog on Dog in San Francisco

Here, from the San Francisco Examiner, is the story of dog, legally unleashed in a public park, that attacked and killed a smaller dog. The owner of the killer proceeded to leash his dog and depart the scene. As in New York, unleashed dogs are required to be able to respond to voice commands.
