Loose Dog in Queens Spooks Girl Who Is Then Hit By Bus

In tomorrow's New York Post (and doubtless to be reported elsewhere as well).
A 7-year-old girl who ran into the street to escape a loose dog is fighting for her life after she was hit by a school bus in Queens, cops and witnesses said today.

The unidentified girl was struck shortly before 4 pm when she darted into traffic at Craft Ave and 258th Street in Rosedale. . . .

Horrified witnesses said the commotion started with a dog that was running loose on the street.
