A couple of dog owners battle in Central Park

And here's a story about some dog owners taking over--against the law, of course--some new green space in Brooklyn.

A couple of Fridays ago, in a an hour and a half afternoon walk through Prospect Park, we ran across 11 dogs, five of them leashed.
